<p>It&#8217;s Javanese.</p>
<p>&#8220;Panggonan&#8221; = place or location. &#8220;Wingit&#8221; = eerie, haunted, spooky, or forbidding</p>
<p>So it roughly translates to: &#8220;Haunted place&#8221; or &#8220;Spooky location&#8221;.</p>
